YOU CAN’T COMPLAIN IF YOU DON’T VOTE

Voting is a very hot topic--this year, perhaps, even more so. With major national concerns including the economy, the war, and the price of gasoline, many lunch and dinner table discussions are focused on the November elections. I am proud to say since the day I could register, I have exercised my right to vote during every election.

WHAT’S NEW? JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING

In keeping with the theme of this month’s magazine, I've spotlighted any number of “new” things in our city.
City government has many new things going on. There have been several changes in top management and directors. New positions include and have been filled by: Acting City Manager: Brad Robbins, Fire Chief: Dave Waltemeyer and the position of Human Resource Director, as of this date, is not yet filled.
